Our Onsite Exchanges
Reciprocal by design
The Exchange
A personalised exchange with the right experience, and an honest conversation.
Relevant peers
Leaders are matched based on seniority, context, industry, and the challenges they're actively navigating.
Operational answers
See how a peer organisation handles the decisions, constraints, and trade-offs your team is facing — in the operation, not in theory.
How it works
From the right question to a useful day on site.
Every exchange is built around a real operational question, a carefully selected peer organisation, and a full day designed for honest, practical learning.
01
Define the exchange
About 30 minutes
We understand the operational question, who should attend, the location, the boundaries, and the experience that would be most useful.
02
Match and agree
Two short conversations
We introduce a relevant, non-competing organisation. Together, you agree the fit and whether the exchange should include a return visit.
03
Prepare the day
About 60–90 minutes
We shape a full-day agenda with leadership discussion, an operational site walk where appropriate, and clear confidential boundaries.
04
Exchange in person
One full working day
An experienced supply chain leader from Onsite Exchanges facilitates the day and helps turn the conversation into practical takeaways.
Practical questions
Before you organise an exchange
What does the day look like?
An exchange is a full working day. The host and visiting organisation agree the right supply chain leaders to involve. We build a focused agenda around the operational question, combining leadership discussion with a site walk where it is useful and appropriate.
What does it cost, and who pays for travel?
Each exchange is quoted according to its scope, location, and facilitation requirements. Each organisation covers its own travel and accommodation.
What does reciprocal by design mean?
Both organisations contribute experience rather than one side simply presenting to the other. They agree in advance whether that reciprocity includes a return visit, so the arrangement works for both sides.
How is confidentiality handled?
An NDA is available, and both organisations agree what is in scope and what is off-limits before the day. An experienced supply chain leader from Onsite Exchanges facilitates the exchange within those boundaries.
How do you handle competition-law concerns?
We avoid exchanges between direct competitors and structure each exchange to follow applicable competition-law and antitrust guidelines, with commercially sensitive topics kept out of scope.
