Refund policy

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before Onsite Exchanges confirms your peer match.

Once Onsite Exchanges confirms a peer match, the purchase is non-refundable. A full refund remains available if Onsite Exchanges cancels the service or cannot provide the matched call within the intended two-week period, diaries permitting.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We initiate the refund promptly; the time it takes to appear depends on the card issuer and payment network.

Tell us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to rearrange an agreed call, but rescheduling does not restore a refund right after the match has been confirmed.

Email nicholas@onsiteexchanges.com from the address used to book, stating the company name and booking details.

This commercial policy does not limit any mandatory right that applies by law. Although the service is offered only for professional use, certain very small businesses may have statutory cancellation rights in limited circumstances under French law.
