Business terms
Terms of service
These terms govern enquiries and purchases made for professional purposes through Onsite Exchanges, operated by MW Ventures SAS.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. Business customers only
The paid virtual peer exchange is offered only to people purchasing wholly in a professional capacity for a business or organisation. By purchasing, you confirm that the booking is not for personal or consumer use and that you are authorised to act for the organisation named.
2. The services
Onsite Exchanges curates private peer exchanges for supply chain leaders. An onsite enquiry is a request to discuss a possible exchange and is not itself a confirmed booking. A virtual connect purchase covers one private, one-hour call with a selected peer, which we aim to arrange within two weeks of successful payment, diaries permitting.
Matching depends on relevant peers being available and willing to participate. We may reject a proposed match for confidentiality, conflict, safety, availability, or suitability reasons.
3. Information you provide
You must provide accurate, current professional information and identify companies you compete with. You must not submit confidential information that you are not authorised to share. How personal data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Price and payment
The virtual connect price displayed at checkout is 100 in the selected currency of USD, EUR, or GBP. Payment is collected by card through Stripe. Any tax treatment shown at checkout or on an invoice applies to that purchase. A booking proceeds only after successful payment.
5. Matching and confirmation
Information submitted may be used to generate proposed matches. Onsite Exchanges reviews proposed matches before confirming and introducing participants. A match is confirmed when Onsite Exchanges sends a written confirmation or introduction identifying the selected peer.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may receive a full refund until a peer match is confirmed. Once confirmed, payment is non-refundable unless Onsite Exchanges cancels or cannot provide the service. Full details are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Confidentiality and conduct
Participants must treat non-public information shared during an exchange as confidential, use it only for professional learning, and not record a call without every participant’s prior written agreement. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and must comply with competition law, confidentiality duties, employment obligations, and applicable company policies.
Do not discuss future pricing, market allocation, bids, customers, wages, output restrictions, or other competitively sensitive plans. Onsite Exchanges may stop or refuse an exchange where lawful or appropriate conduct cannot be assured.
8. No professional advice
Peer observations are personal experience, not legal, financial, tax, regulatory, engineering, safety, or other professional advice. You decide independently whether to act on anything discussed.
9. Liability
Each party remains liable where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Onsite Exchanges is not responsible for business decisions made from peer discussions, indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a participant. Any contractual liability will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the service.
10. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. We will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption, including rescheduling or refunding where required by the Refund Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting nicholas@onsiteexchanges.com. The competent court will be determined under applicable law; no wording here removes a mandatory statutory protection.
12. Changes
The version accepted at the time of purchase applies to that order. We may update these terms for future purchases.
